The charming neighborhood of Conception, set in the hills, is very San Franciscan with its colorful buildings, political art, and stacked housing.

Wow the city views are beautiful. I really like those old Spanish style properties that extent to the street. I bet when these were built they were built with the horse and carriage in mind, not an SUV. I'm getting the sense that there are no people in Chile...haha!
